Hiring an attorney
shouldn't require a lot of money. While every client's situation is unique,
we believe that our rates should always be reasonable. Paralegal services
and "self help" companies will draft and file your paperwork,
but we do more. We do not merely fill out the necessary paperwork; we
provide you sound legal advice and options. Our practice is committed
to the notion that the law is a service profession. We help clients solve
real problems.
If you need help
beyond mere paperwork preparation, please call us. We keep our rates as
low as possible in order to help our clients. We are also willing to do
certain types of cases for a low, flat rate.
The focus of our practice is family law, which includes divorce, custody, domestic partnerships, child support modification, spousal support modification, custody and parenting time modification, name changes, restraining orders, civil stalking orders, and more. Please call for an initial consultation.
In addition to the traditional attorney-client model, we also offer collaborative law. Collaborative law gives families the ability to find solutions that could never be obtained in a courtroom. This is done by working with multiple professionals, including financial analysts, child specialists, and mental health coaches, depending on the specific needs of the family. Although each party is represented by counsel, each attorney agrees to work with--not against--the other party's attorney to come up with meaningful solutions. With multiple professionals involved, the costs are often lower than that of the traditional divorce/domestic partnership/custody model.
